| | I love projects! I love consulting! Years ago I cried in the toilet because I didn't know how to cope. I was being shouted at by an angry customer. An important stakeholder. I was tired and exhausted. That was not the only project on my desk. But all the other projects were suffering because of this crisis. There was a lot of stress and pressure from all sides: my company, the client, the team and the suppliers. I was miserable at work and at home. And I didn't see a future for myself in this company. Not after this project. Can you relate? Today, with more than 300 global projects under my belt, I am comfortable managing all types of difficult projects, stakeholders or conflicts. Clients call me, when their projects face a crisis. I am their "go-to" person for turning projects around. |
My mission:to be a role model and coach women to grow into thriving (project) leaders. | | I want to see project managers to - lead exciting and complex projects with ease (career impact),
- claim their boundaries for a balanced life (professional impact),
- transform their employers as decision makers (business impact).
What you will not find on my LinkedIn Profil: - I am married to the best husband in the world.
- There is always Lindt Chocolate in my fridge.
- I love to cook.
